• You will NOT claim our Builds as your own in any way.
• You will not/attempt to make money off of what we give you in any way shape or form.
• You will not claim custom plugins designed for you by us as your own or sell them.
• We have right to make for public download the builds we make for you.
• We reserve the rights to edit, withdraw and delete all of our builds seeing as though they are ours, not yours at any time.

• We reserve the right to edit, withdraw and delete all of our custom plugins seeing as though they are ours, not yours at any time.

• If you disrespect any of our team members verbally, physically and what not we reserve the right to stop and withdraw all of our work.
              * If you disrespect us we do allow you to "make up" for what you or your server members/staff did to offend our team member(s).
• We also reserve the right to change this Terms And Conditions when we see it is needed.
• If you purchase a custom plugin from us any attempt to chargeback or "cheat" paying will result in denial of our services to you and
  your server and the withdraw of all that we have given you (e.g Builds, Plugins, Artwork and what not)
• If you pay for a custom plugin or build or artwork your retain full rights to it. Therfor you can use it for what ever you want.
